I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. The staff was polite, but the mix-up with room assignments was unacceptable, and it made me question my safety. While I had a decent room in the end, the lack of basic amenities was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay.
My experience at this hotel was truly disappointing. I had two troublesome room assignments, both of which were either occupied or messy upon arrival. The food service was not only awkward but felt unhygienic as well. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning here anytime soon. On a brighter note, I was eventually provided with a room that was correct, but the overall experience left much to be desired.
